Vaccine Policy

Dr. Schramm strongly believes that vaccines are effective in preventing serious illness and saving lives!

All children should receive all vaccines recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics.

The schedule of visits and vaccines can be found here.

In order to best protect your child and other children in our office Dr. Schramm's patients must get the following minimum vaccines.  

Before turning 4 months old: DTaP, Hib, PCV (#1)

Before turning 6 months old: DTaP, Hib, PCV (#2)

Before turning 8 months old: DTaP, Hib, PCV (#3)

Before turning 15 months old: MMR, chickenpox

Before turning 18 months old: Hib, PCV (#4)

Before turning 21 months old: DTaP (#4)

Before turning 6 years old: DTaP (#5), MMR, chickenpox (#2)

Before turning 13 years old: TdaP

Patients joining or returning to Dr. Schramm's practice need to meet these minimum criteria before their first office visit.
